Delivery & Returns

We ship to most countries worldwide using Registered Mail and shipping is calculated automatically during checkout based on weight and delivery address. Pls see below for a list of zones that we deliver to:

Zone 1: Singapore (Courier Option available)
Zone 2: Malaysia & Brunei
Zone 3: Asia Pacific
Zone 4: European Union, North America, South America & South Africa. (Major Countries Only)

Processing Times
The Estimated Processing Times for the various categories are as follows:

Ready Stock Products: 3-5 Working days
Consignment Items: 7-21 Working Days

Delivery Times
Due to logistical constraints and feasibility, we are only able to offer courier services to Singapore addresses. Other than that, We have chosen the most economical shipping that comes with a tracking number. (Registered Mail.) The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:

2-3 working days for Local Addresses (Singapore)
4-10 working days for Asia Pacific Countries
6-14 working days for European Union, North American Countries

* Note: Delivery Times provided are estimates. It might take longer during festive seasons.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

Our Returns Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), kindly send us an email to hello@puddinghead.sg, stating your order number, name, address, product that you want to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange.

Important: Only mail your items back to us when we have sent an acknowledgement email for the return/exchange of the product.

We regret that the responsibility and cost of shipping back a product(s), will have to be borne by buyer. Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. Kindly note the following:

We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. Just make sure to return everything that came with the item, including all tags, protective seals/covers. (Ensure they are intact!) In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake and we recommend you obtain proof of postage.

*Note that Sale items and items listed Here will not be eligible for returns/exchange. Refunds will be made via original payment method ex shipping.

How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
Please follow these simple steps to return your order within 30 days of receipt:

1. Please inform us of your returns/exchanges via email: hello@puddinghead.sg

2. Please be sure to include:
Your name, address, your product code/description/replacement/colour and provide us with a reason for refund/exchange. Stocks subject to availability. *puddinghead.sg reserves the rights to offer a suitable replacement or refund where stocks are unavailable.

3. Important! Wait for our confirmation email before sending out your items.

4. Please retain a proof of postage with receipt, we send a confirmation email upon receipt of your items and that your returns/exchange is been processed.

5. Returns can take up to 21 working days to be delivered to us and to follow the steps listed above to enable us to process your return within 21 days of receipt.

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 21 days.
